Meet Lindsay Aragón

Lindsay has extensive experience as a litigator and advisor and is intimately familiar with the many risks that businesses and individuals face in the areas of labor and employment law, consumer protection, privacy, unfair competition, bankruptcy, product liability and internal stakeholder disputes. Lindsay provides sound advice and recommendations on how best to avoid these risks, but when risk avoidance is no longer an option, Lindsay consistently achieves good outcomes for her clients by enforcing and protecting their rights through litigation. She has represented clients in several industries, including banking, lending, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical diagnostics, Cannabis, food and beverage, transportation, high-tech manufacturing, and real estate lending and development. She also represents trustees and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

Lindsay graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, San Diego, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2007, where she was admitted to the Order of the Coif and served as a Note and Comment Editor of the Loyola Law Review.

After law school, Lindsay joined Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she focused on class action labor and employment disputes, intellectual property, securities, and complex business litigation. In 2011, Lindsay joined Finlayson Toffer Roosevelt & Lilly LLP as an associate where she focused on business and employment litigation, as well as bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters.

Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, playing tennis, swimming, gardening, and exploring southern California’s best restaurants and wine regions.
